Book 1 Project: Fan Experience

I want to let everyone know about the merchandise that we are offering. We are selling cute tank tops for all women and girls, all sizes for $16; i will be selling it on my online store (laurensmerchandise.com). The book we are making tank tops for is The Best of Me by: Nicholas Sparks. This book has lots of romance, adventure, curiosity, and sadness. The two pictures we put on the front of the tank top to show off are both related to the book. The picture at the top, of the man and woman represents the couple in the book Amanda and Dawson. They fell in love in high school, spent every waking minute together, they didn't want to leave each other’s side and along the path of their relationship Dawson carved in his workbench "forever". They wanted to be together forever and they were sure about it, but things got in the way and they went their separate ways. Years went by and they meet again in their hometown to come to their dear close friend Tuck's funeral. Amanda realizes that Dawson never stopped loving her, and Amanda is questioning whether she still does or not. This is where the bottom picture comes in place the quote says "loved you yesterday, love you still, always have, always will" this is on the shirt to show that Dawson is still in love with Amanda and never stopped. A quote in the book tells you that he does "He still loved her, she knew for sure now, she was certain he never stopped, and the realization was intoxicating". Another quote that shows that Amanda is question herself if she still loves him or not is "she could no longer deny the simple truth that for the first time in years, she'd felt like she'd finally come home" these quotes tell you that their love can't be broken but it is just bad timing for them to realize it. I want to let everyone know how much i am enjoying this book and all the others Nicholas Sparks has made. The book really puts me in a point of view that makes me want to cherish what i have and let life take its toll, this is more of a reason why we are making these tanks tops, to let people know that the book helped them in life or it was so great they wanted a souvenir to show off.

This tank top will lure in people in that find the tank top affectionate, and questioning. Some might ask about it to the person wearing it which might pull them into buying it. I also would like to have the books name and author on the top back of the tank top to give credit to what is being shown. I would love for the people who have read this book or people who are huge Nicholas Sparks’ fans to by these tank tops this way you can show them off to others and tell them all about it, word gets around and people start reading and some just don't stop. Nicholas Sparks is a brilliant writer and a tank top showing off his work will show him we care about his books. Also i would like to tell people about the movies that have come out that are made from lots of his books they capture the book greatly and basically turn a book to a movie, that is why i want to make a poster with all of his books he has written, this will cost just $8, and we will give you space to check off the books of his that you have read (just for fun if you want to). I would like to thank everyone for buying anything and hope you enjoy!

This book gives you "A CHANCE TO REKINDLE THE ROMANCE IN YOUR LIFE". So please show spirit for the book and buy a tank top!

My Book For Best Sellers

My book that im reading is called The Best Of Me by: Nicholas Sparks. So far I am really enjoying it, it is just the right kind of book i like to read it. The part im at right is kind of upsetting but i understand why it is like this, the author really choose the right path to go down for this kind of love story. It is happy, intriguing, sad and hopeful. I love Nicholas Sparks books and this book just adds another to my collection of what i have read by him so far. In my book it is mostly based on love and romance and finding your true self. It is a good book for people that like love that gets broken apart but eventually finds its way back, with a great lesson on love. I recommend you read this book it is a peaceful get a way and a tough journey.

Independent Novel

I have just started a new book called Kiss Me Tomorrow by Susan Shreve. The main character is Blister, she is starting her first day of junior high and the setting so far is at home she is standing by the door with her face pressed against the window waiting to be picked up, it was about 8:00 and her Jonah was already late to pick her up. An example of the setting is "checking her reflection in the mirror over the stained blue couch in the tidy family room." Shreve has received many prestigious awards including the John Simon Guggenheim award in Fiction. Shreve has written both adult and children’s fiction, publishing over twelve titles in both categories. I choose this book because i got it 2 years ago and never had an interest in reading it until i really took a look at what it was about and i though i would be able to relate to it. A question i have for this is book is does Blister's best friend Jonah have feelings for her?

Post 3 What is a book?

A book is independent and your own. A book should include a few things. Creativity, grammar, be a structured story, and have uniqueness. It is the others way of telling a story. I agree with Tom Piazza because he says a book is like the authors point of view which it is, they are writing it and they choose what to put it and what to take it. It is their own writing and their own way of expressing their writing. People will love the book or hate it, the book can be great to one person but terrible for another, we all have different tastes. I think a book is a book you can't get the real book on a iPad, or kindle you just get words on a page. Honestly i don’t think it matters. it would matter more if it was like cherished in your family or the original copy or the first ever made by an author. I also think that if you get books instead of buying on ipads or kindles you can pretty much keep them forever and pass them down to people after your done or when you die. There’s lots of sentimental value in books, but each person is different.

The article i read mostly summarized the book, it gave a great explanation on, very detalied. It also gave other books and a movie by David Levithan. It told the main idea of the book, what age group it is for, and a perfect summary on the lesson and the question of the book which is...  (A. doesn’t have a real name, presumably because he doesn’t have a real existence: he’s not a person, at least not in any conventional sense, but a spirit, switching without choice from one teenage host to the next and, for just 24 hours, replacing its soul and consciousness with his own.) Can love possibly find a way around that?  Everday By David Levithan Article

My chararcter has changed a lot in my book. The character in my book wakes up in a different body everyday and experiences so many different encounters. My character goes by the name A, and i think A has gotten more caring and more careful within the book, because A fals in love with a girl and does everything he can do to spend everyday with her and make her fall in love with him. The miles apart they are doesn't effect A and throughout the book he trys to except that he is a different person everday.

My charater interacts with other charaters in the book all the time like for example on page 10 "Come on i tell her. This is no longer restlessnes it's recklessness. At first we're walking hand in hand. Then we're running hand in hand. That giddy rush of keeping up with one another, of zooming through the school, reducing everything thats not us into an inconsequential blur. We are laughing, we are playful. We leave her books in her locker and move out of the building, into the air, the real air, the sunshine and the trees and the less burdensome world. I am breaking the rules as i leave the school. I am breaking the rules as we get into Justin's car. I am breaking the rules as i turn the key in the ignition."

Another character in my book is Rhiannon, this is who A is in love with. Rhiannon demonstrates theme in the book by showing that no matter what A looked like, what gender A was, the skin color, or weight A was, Rhiannon excepted A for what kind of person he was not for his features. This is the type of people we should be, we are to busy judging people by what they look like and instead not caring about their personalities and caring about there features. Never judge a book by the cover.
